Accepted: DIVERT Criteria and Costs
I've now been accepted into the DIVERT program and have received a copy of the agreement, I must now decide if I will take it. Having reviewed all the requirements, I can honestly say that the program seems invasive and draconian in the extreme, not to mention costly to the tune of several thousands of dollars. I am now able to confirm that the test results and responses given in your DIVERT evaluation ARE SENT TO THE PROSECUTION, so if you believe a trial is still a strong possibility, exercise caution. I will post scans shortly of exactly what the agreement looks like so that potential enrolles can view a list of the precise criteria and gauge their interest in the program before paying the heavy evaluation fee and wasting their time and money.
