Scans of DIVERT Plea Agreement

I've scanned a copy of an actual DIVERT plea agreement so that potential enrollees can be aware of the myriad rules and costs associated with the program prior to paying the evaluation fee. I'm not sure why there is so little information available on the internet about the exact DIVERT criteria, but it seems to me that somebody somewhere has a desire to obscure the facts. To my knowledge this is the only document available online with all the features of the program layed out in their entirety. A PDF of the plea agreement can be viewed here:

Please note that I've neglected to host the part of the packet that came directly from the DIVERT office, which contained a detailed transcript of my interview. These pages note the SALCE scores (see previous posts), urinalysis results, the necessary "level of supervision as assessed by risk/needs instrument", and a "recommendation." (In my case the recommendation calls for both intensive and supportive outpatient treatment and several hours of classes. I'm not sure if this means that some facets of the program, such as curfew, are being waived. I will post an update when I figure this out.) In addition there were some documents regarding the vehicle interlock system attached; these state that I must have a photo-verified blow-and-go device for a period of 6 months.

  1. My recommendation also includes outpatient treatment. The recommendation wording is "twice a week for 90 days." My attorney is trying to find out when and where treatment takes place. If it does not interfere with work hours, I will likely sign the contract tomorrow. Do you have any information about the days and times the outpatient treatment is being offered?
